The same applies if there are similarities in the information provided by the remitters. Please be advised that employment information is required for all transactions detained for documentation.

2. Transactions over $2,000.00:
Transactions of $2,000.00 or more (including fees) must be accompanied by a valid identification, Social Security number (if it applies), and the Compliance Form with the remitter's employment information (occupation, address, and telephone number). For transactions to Mexico the limit is $3,000.00. The Social Security number would not be required in cases where a foreign passport or an official foreign identification is provided. For transactions over $3,000.00 an official foreign identification would be accepted only if proof of address is provided, for example, a telephone bill. NOTE: FOR ALL TRANSACTIONS OVER $5,000.00, THE REMITTER MUST PROVIDE A LETTER EXPLAINING THE ORIGIN OF FUNDS, THE REASON FOR THE TRANSACTION AND THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO THE BENEFICIARY.
3. Transactions over $6,000.00:
Transactions of $6,000.00 or more (including fees) require that one must obtain the employment information of the client and physical documentation that entails the nature of the funds. The proof of income should substantiate the amount being sent. All documents should be faxed to the Compliance Department for approval.
4. Transactions over $10,000.00:

Transactions of $10,000.00 or more (including fees) must be accompanied by a valid identification, social security number (if it applies), employment information of the client, and physical documentation that proves the nature of the funds. The remitter must make a wire transfer from his/her account to Envios R.D Corp. Account or a certified check made payable to Envios R.D. Corp. All documents should be faxed to the Compliance Department for approval. Once the wire transfer or certified check has cleared, we will execute the wire transfer.

5. Record-keeping:
All information of the remitters and beneficiaries should be maintained for 5 years, as well as, identifications obtained from the remitters for transactions that exceed $3,000.00.
6. Structuring Awareness of Wire Transfer:
A "structured transaction is considered to exist when a person acting alone, or in conjunction with, or on behalf of other persons, conducts or attempts to conduct one or more transactions in cash. It could be in any amount, at one or more locations or branches of the Agent or at different financial institutions; in one or more days, in any manner for the purpose of evading the presentation of documents and reporting or record keeping".
7. Willfully Blindness:
If you are suspicious about the legality of the source of money you must ask questions. One can not turn one's back to or ignore facts that face you. One must ask questions if one has reason to believe that a transaction is suspicious. If the answer that one gets from the customer does not reveal that a prohibited illegal transaction is taking place, then complete the transaction. If one is still concerned that something illegal may have taken place, discuss the transaction with Envios R.D. Corp.'s Compliance Department before inputting the transaction.

8. Reimbursement Policies:

Transactions that exceed $1,000.00 including fees are reimbursed by check only. A fee of $15.00 will also be deducted for processing the reimbursement in the event that the remitter declines to present proper identification. The Compliance Department approves reimbursement that pertains to compliance matters, and no other department is authorized to make such decision.

9. Cancellation Policies:
In the event that a transaction is considered suspicious in nature the Compliance Department has the jurisdiction to cancel the transaction. If a remitter does not provide the documentation requested by the department the transaction will be canceled. If the recipient does not provide the correspondent with the proper documentation or the correspondent believes that the transaction is abnormal the transaction will be canceled. Also, if the remitter provides misleading information to the cashier the transaction will be canceled.
10. Valid Identifications:
The following identifications are the only acceptable documents for the processing of transactions: Drivers license or non-driver license issued by the Department of Motor Vehicles of any state of the United States, or any territory or possession of the United States, Military Identification, U.S. Passport, Foreign Passport, Alien Resident Card, Foreign Cedula Card and any other official foreign identification. The Social Security number will not be required in cases where a foreign passport or an official foreign identification is provided. For all other identifications the social security number is required. For transactions over $3,000.00 an official foreign identification will only be accepted if a proof of address is provided, for example, a telephone bill. No expired document will be accepted.
11. Completion of a receipt:
Every transaction must have the remitter's first and two last names, phone number and complete address including suite or house number. The remitter must provide the beneficiary's first and two last names as well as telephone number and address. The remitter's and beneficiary's complete information is vital for fast and efficient delivery. If the remitter or beneficiary does not have a telephone number, please use the number "444-222-2222".
12. Transactions over $400.00:
If a client is conducting a transaction that exceeds $400.00 in singles and fives, the transaction must be rejected. These types of transactions are abnormal in nature.
13. Exchange of bills:
A client who requests the exchange of small bills for big ones, or vice versa, is immediately suspicious. This type of activity should be rejected. In addition, no transaction should be accepted from this client.
14. Privacy Protection:
All reasonable steps must be taken to protect the security and confidentiality of all non-public personal information. It is a violation of Federal Law and a Material breach of Pronto Envios' policy to make an unauthorized or unlawful use of the information provided by Pronto Envios customers.
