of Wire Transfer: |
| A "structured transaction
is considered to exist when a person acting alone, or in conjunction with,
or on behalf of other persons, conducts or attempts to conduct one or

or branches of the Agent or at different financial institutions; in one
or more days, in any manner for the purpose of evading the presentation
of documents and reporting or record keeping". |
| 7. Willfully Blindness: |
| If you are suspicious about
the legality of the source of money you must ask questions. One can not
turn one's back to or ignore facts that face you. One must ask questions
if one has reason to believe that a transaction is suspicious. If the
answer that one gets from the customer does not reveal that a prohibited
illegal transaction is taking place, then complete the transaction. If
one is still concerned that something illegal may have taken place, discuss
the transaction with Envios R.D. Corp.'s Compliance Department before
inputting the transaction. |
|
8. Reimbursement Policies:
|
|
Transactions that exceed
$1,000.00 including fees are reimbursed by check only. A fee of $15.00

Department approves reimbursement that pertains to compliance matters,
and no other department is authorized to make such decision.
|
| 9. Cancellation Policies: |
| In the event that a transaction
is considered suspicious in nature the Compliance Department has the jurisdiction
to cancel the transaction. If a remitter does not provide the documentation
requested by the department the transaction will be canceled. If the recipient
does not provide the correspondent with the proper documentation or the
correspondent believes that the transaction is abnormal the transaction
will be canceled. Also, if the remitter provides misleading information
to the cashier the transaction will be canceled. |
